Mr. Roche is Glengary’s Intellectual Property Law Partner representing our Service Partner, Faye, Sharpe, Fagan, Minnich & McKee, LLP, of Cleveland, Ohio. He has been with Fay Sharpe since 1976 and specializes in electrical and electronic patent prosecution, e-commerce and business-method patents, infringements and validity opinions, and general intellectual property counseling. He brings expertise to Glengary, and its Client Companies, specifically in the areas of: electrical controls and electronics; digital signal processing;, computer architecture; microprocessor-based control systems; computer peripheral devices; motor controls; semiconductor devices and materials; and, appliance control systems. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Cleveland Intellectual Property Association and the Cleveland Bar Association.
Mr. Roche received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
