Randall S. Myeroff

Mr. Myeroff is President and CEO of Cohen & Company, CPAs. Since his appointment in 1997, his vision has led the firm to significant growth in resources and quality clients. Mr. Myeroff's commitment to working with people and businesses is a key component of the firm's success. Under his leadership, the firm grooms a solid management team and quality financial business advisors, providing them with a platform to excel on behalf of clients.

It is his role of advisor to his clients, sharing his firsthand knowledge of what it takes to develop and run a successful business, that Mr. Myeroff truly relishes. Navigating mergers and acquisitions, offering proven negotiation skills, tapping capital resources, structuring ownership succession plans and providing strategic planning are all areas where his clients look to him and to the firm for assistance.

Mr. Myeroff serves on a number of formal advisory boards for local businesses. He often speaks at national conferences regarding service firm management issues, and he has published several articles on those topics. Mr. Myeroff's prior community involvement includes being a member of the Board of the Greater Cleveland Growth Association, a member of the Board of Visitors of Hiram College, Treasurer of the Board of the Akron Art Museum, and an advisor to the Governor's Commission on Educational Choice under Governor Voinovich, among others.

A member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Ohio Society of CPAs, Mr. Myeroff received his B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College in New York.
